with 4th Axis HRT210 Rotary
This 2020 Haas DT-1 was the first mill we added to the shop. It can be equipped with our Haas HRT210 Rotary to give it 4-axis machining capabilities. Although its table is small, this machine is super capable. With the addition of a 4th-axis vice, we are able to complete the equivalent of 12 setups in a single cycle!

with MIDACO APC
Our second mill was added to the shop in late 2021, this 2016 Haas DT-1 came was purchased used but is rich in performance upgrades. To top it off, we added a Midaco ADT-1SD automatic pallet changer to boost productivity. This means that we can run two different programs on the same machine at the same time or simply run duplicate programs and never have downtime when the parts are being changed out as this gets done outside of the machine!

HAAS TL-1
with 4-tool Turret
This 2020 Haas TL-1 is quite simple, as far as lathes go, but is very capable when it comes to the broad range of jobs that it can take on. With the addition of an automatic 4-tool turret, we are able to turn parts that require multiple tools without the need for changing tools mid-run, cutting down on the number of setups required.

SIC XL-BOX
with 30w Source
Our SIC XL-BOX laser etcher is the latest addition to the shop and has been very welcomed by all. The laser is equipped with an upgraded 30w source and a larger lens that will allow it to mark a 220mm square area; significantly larger than the 100mm it comes stock with. This allows us to laser etch multiple features and designs over a larger area all in the same cycle, boosting productivity. The laser is very versatile and is able to mark on just about any material from slate, aluminum, nylon, steel, stainless steel and more.
